About Bayley House

Bayley House caters for adults, from school-leavers to seniors, through the delivery of a diverse range of day activities and supported living options. They support over 200 individuals with an intellectual disability and their families from over 20 different cultural backgrounds.

Bayley House has embarked on an innovative and inclusive project called Bayley Arts. This project centres on an Arts Hub for all in Highett, Melbourne, which will be a fully accessible gallery space for all of the community to enjoy, with artist studios, workshop areas and support from art teachers and therapists and a highly engaged group of art volunteers. The space will make Bayley Arts artists feel secure and valued, and it will be a place where they can create, exhibit their work, and connect with friends old and new.

Funding from ISNF will support the newly created position of Community Engagement Manager to activate the Arts Hub.
