The Ian & Shirley Norman Foundation is providing funding for LIVIN’s innovative animated video series campaign titled Detective Duck. This was inspired by watching countless hours of Bluey, prompting my imagination of what could be possible from a storytelling aspect through the medium of animated videos.

We deliver our LIVINWell program to schools around the country and often this consists of us telling people what to do, animated videos enable us to not only tell but to show people what to do in context. We are so grateful for this support; I know that it was a crazy idea and most other organisations would have laughed us out of the room.

The Ian & Shirley Norman Foundation is providing funding for LIVIN’s LIVINWell In School program. This is our flagship program that is delivered to schools for free right around the country. I am proud to say that we deliver more free and effective mental health education than any other charity.

However, this comes at a significant cost to us, and we couldn’t possibly do it without the support of our wonderful partners. This support helps us worry less about the financial constraints and instead focus on delivering impact and positive mental health outcomes for Australian students. One thing we believe wholeheartedly at LIVIN is that with education comes understanding, with understanding comes acceptance and with acceptance comes hope.
