The Ian and Shirley Norman Foundation are thrilled to be working alongside LIVIN Co-founder Casey Lyons and thank him and Campbell Hall for letting us join them on their journey to destigmatise mental health discussions.

LIVIN is a non-profit mental health organisation founded in 2013 in memory of Dwayne Lally who sadly took his own life after living in silence with a mental illness. Like a lot of people, Dwayne lived in silence because of the stigma that surrounds mental health and he didn’t know how to ask for help. Everything LIVIN do is about empowering people to speak up because – It Ain’t Weak To Speak®!
The Ian and Shirley Norman Foundation are partnering with LIVIN to create high-quality video content that will support the amazing education programs that LIVIN deliver in high schools and workplaces which focus on increasing mental health awareness. The videos will be a tangible way to follow up on the content of the workshops and continue the support and importantly the conversation about mental health and how to check in with friends, family, schoolmates or colleagues.
