Success Works

The Ian & Shirley Norman Foundation is providing funding for our Building Capacity Project. This means we will be able to expand our services and employ 3 team members who’ll be supporting women with a record to find meaningful and sustainable employment.

The Ian & Shirley Norman Foundation is providing funding for our Building Capacity Project. This partnership will enable Success Works to expand our services into regional areas of NSW, over the next 3 years. This means growing our impact and creating more pathways to employment for women with a record.

Background and Purpose

Success Works Partners (SWP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise whose mission is to transform the lives of women affected by the criminal justice system and to break down the barriers to employment through employer engagement, training, and advocating for change.

We provide skills training and mentoring to empower our women to present themselves to an employer who sees their skills and potential and not the criminal record.
