About Souths Cares

Souths Cares’ charter is to ‘support disadvantaged and marginalised youth and their families through the delivery of capacity building programs addressing education, training, health and employment needs’. Originally established to work within the South Sydney catchment area, the Souths Cares charity has expanded with premises located at Kingsford and Liverpool and currently delivers to Metropolitan Sydney as well as to regional areas. Souths Cares has three pillars of community programs: Education, Employment and Health.

Souths Cares Wellbeing Programs are linked to the current Australian Curriculum. Its programs are designed to develop knowledge, understanding and skills to create opportunities and take action to enhance students and others’ health, wellbeing and physical activity participation. Programs are offered at no cost to schools and offer an interactive lesson for school students.

  6. Hygiene (COVID-19 Safety)
  7. Gratitude
